Helping healthcare practitioners attract high-paying clients

I help healthcare practitioners turn their brand into an asset that attracts aligned, high-paying clients and positions their pricing as premium instead of negotiable.

With my "Premium Practice" Brand & Marketing Strategy, they also look credible and clinical, filling their calendar.

Make the Right First Impression

Healthcare practitioners, your patients decide whether to trust you before they ever walk into your office. They look first at your website, your Google profile, your booking page, your provider bio, and your social media.

You're excellent at your profession, but your current brand and online presence may not reflect that level of expertise. The website is five years old and hasn't been touched since, the Google profile is thin with no reviews, and the patient materials don't say anything a patient couldn't find on any other practice's page. So patients who'd choose you if they understood your value are booking somewhere else instead.

With my "Premium Practice" brand and marketing strategy, you close that gap: people recognize your expertise, trust the practice, and book with confidence instead of comparing you to whoever ranks first on Google.

Let's find out on a 30-minute call if it's a fit for your practice.

Meet the Founder

I'm Oxana, a brand and marketing designer based in the Pasadena area with over 12 years of experience, the last several focused entirely on healthcare brands, from private practices to corporations.

I've spent my career turning dense, clinical work into something clear and trustworthy, and I bring that same eye to helping practitioners like you look as credible online as you are in the exam room.

I'm a BFA graduate of ArtCenter College of Design and an AIGA member.

Oxana is an expert graphic designer and marketing pro. She is friendly, quick, and always professional. She delivers top-notch work, whether it's a website design, a logo, or a marketing concept. Her experience, marketing know-how, and skill put her at the top, and I can only recommend her as one of the best industry professionals in her field.

Christina P. Author, Professor, Entrepreneur

Oxana is an exceptionally talented Art Director and Graphic Designer. She brings a rare combination of creative vision, refined design craft, and versatility, consistently delivering outstanding work across a wide range of projects. She is also an excellent communicator, highly collaborative, and incredibly reliable. Oxana works equally well with creative teams and business or technical stakeholders, and I could always count on her to deliver high-quality work on schedule. Oxana originally joined my team as a freelancer and impressed us so much that I ultimately hired her full-time. I highly recommend her and would gladly work with her again.
